The Coach & The Team

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

Terlambat sikit update pasal isu ni. Aku nak cerita pasal isu perlawan bola sepak Harimau Malaya vs Indonesia and Harimau Malaya vs Bahrain.

Aku yakin sangat almost all rakyat Malaysia sekarang tak mampu nak nafikan peningkatan prestasi pasukan bola sepak Malaysia Harimau Malaya. Aku sendiri, memang daripada tak suka tengok bola langsung, setiap kali Harimau Muda ada match sekarang, aku selalu tak terlepas untuk tonton sekali. Ini semua pengaruh suamiku *hewhewhew. Tp seriously best. Heheh. Cayalah Harimau Muda! Lionel Messi pun puji team negara kita ni. *saksikan video di bawah.

Heheh. 

Masa match Harimau vs Garuda, kan menang kan, aku sendiri dapat rasa bahang kebanggaan aura dari satu negara. Sampaikan rasa nak cium setiap sorang pemain tu ucap tahniah tapi haram! wakakakaka.

Hahahak.

And bila ditemuramah coach Harimau Malaya, Mr Ong *** ****, (aku tak ingat nama dia, malas nak google hahah) habis obvious wajah kepuasan dan kebanggaan dengan kejayaan team didikan dia. 

Tapi, masa Harimau Muda vs Bahrain, terlalu banyak halangan untuk menang. Dengan keganasan, kecederaan, etc. Aku still bangga dengan Harimau Muda walaupun kalah, sebab they have done their best. It's just an unexpected loss. Normal la, sukan, kalah menang tu adat.

Tentang coach dan team

Bila aku tengok bola, otak aku of course ligat menganalisa sebab tu memang hobi aku hewhew. Aku terfikir tentang konsep teamwork. 

Macam mana Harimau Muda boleh berjaya meningkatkan prestasi dan reputasi mereka?

Of course sebab they work as a team. Coach nye berusaha keras meng'coach' setiap ahli pasukan untuk improve skills mereka. The coach work to ensure the team grows. Not to see the team not growing.

From the team members' point of view pulak, they first need to be committed and very serious in achieveing the team's target. It's not about individual, but it's about the team. You play for the team, but if you play very good, and considered as the best among other players, you'll be recognised as the best player, just like Lionel Messi.

Coaching in Herbalife.

Being a personal wellness coach, kitorang betul2 dilatih untuk jadi as what has been defined as 'coach' as above. Kami motivate our customers, we nag, we be their friends, and we make sure they get their product results as they want.

The concept also applies here in the business. We also coach people to grow income, those who want to change their life. When you are in a team, you have leaders who are your coach, and you have to put commitment in the team for yourself to grow. 

Aku nampak konsep ni jelas terpampang depan aku. 

Sebab masa baru-baru mula buat Herbalife, ade je few times aku tak buat ape yg sponsor aku suruh. And I ended up not growing and achieved nothing. 

But when I started to realize that I need to change and be teachable, listen to what my sponsor says, and love to see the team grow, I myself grow.

Buktinya, income kami grow dari rm3000-rm5000 sebulan to rm8000-rm10000 a month after kahwin.

And kami qualified Carribean Cruise. 

Dan inshaAllah kami akan qualify for VIP Spectacular.

Kami sedang bekerja keras untuk qualify for FREE VACATION 2012 to TOKYO fully paid by Herbalife.

We are very confident we'll get there inshaAllah biiznillah.

Hakikatnya, tidak mudah. Seperti Harimau Muda, mereka terpaksa bekerja keras, berlatih extra hard extra time to win the match. They even have less time to rest after the match against Indonesia to continue with the match against Syria. But they dont complain. They just do it, and they did it!

What about us? Do we have enough teamwork attitude in us? Do we possess sufficient team spirit in us?

Do we love our leaders and our team? It's all in us.

Aku sayang team aku. Aku nak semua orang grow. But there are some who just don't want to grow so I can do nothing about it and I don't complain at all =) Yang penting, there ARE people in my team who WANT to grow and they decide that no matter what they will work hard to achieve what they want. 

So, in life, there's nothing to complain except ourselves. When things don't work for us, we complain ourselves, not others, because for things to change, we have to change.
