Reasons Why Herbalife Business Doesn't Work For You..

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

Misi entry kali ini adalah "let the pictures talk most about it". So aku akan bebel sikit2 je utk elaborate my points.

Selama aku berkecimpung dalam perniagaan Herbalife, setiap liku yang aku lalui, Allah akan hantar aku satu per satu mesej untuk aku menjadi orang yang lebih baik. Berdasarkan pemerhatian aku, ada beberapa attitude yang terdapat dalam diri manusia (not all) yang sebenarnya menjadi punca perniagaan Herbalife mereka tidak berjaya. Aku sendiri sering Allah hantar satu demi satu ujian dalam perniagaan Herbalife ni untuk aku ubah sikap yang kurang enak yang selalunya aku sendiri tak sedar.. So aku terfikir nak tulis entry ni untuk REMINDER FOR MYSELF. So that bila aku rasa macam syaitan tengah berusaha menghasut aku, aku akan teringat tulisan aku sendiri kat blog ni, and aku boleh tampar diri aku sendiri. Dalam masa yang sama, aku share dengan uols so that kita boleh sama2 improve diri kita..train ourselves to be free from sifat2 mazmumah yang Allah benci. So here are the list..(there are other reasons too but I did not mention because I can't brain for them right now..so ada 8 je dalam list ni, semoga bermanfaat =)

Anda tidak akan berjaya dalam perniagaan Herbalife jika anda adalah orang yang...



1. Pemalas

Orang yang selalu ada #Mondayblues, orang yang selalu merungut bila boss pressure suh kerja overtime, orang yang asyik komplen tentang pekerjaan mereka yang stress, memang sukar nak berjaya dalam perniagaan Herbalife. 

Sebaliknya, orang yang sentiasa bersyukur dengan pekerjaan yang ada, tetapi sentiasa mencari peluang untuk upgrade kehidupan mereka, adalah orang yang boleh berjaya dalam perniagaan Herbalife.

Selalunya yang quit kerja dengan bos konon2 "I FIRED MY BOSS" just because they hate overtime, they hate to be controlled by the boss, they hate working fixed hour from 8 to 5 everyday, they hate to punch in and out, normally akan menjadi orang yang tidak grow dalam perniagaan Herbalife sebab mereka fikir Herbalife adalah platform untuk mereka mendapat pendapatan TANPA stress. Oh itu salah sama sekali. Kalau kita yang jadi boss untuk perniagaan kita sendiri, kita sebenarnya lebih stress dari menjadi seorang pekerja yang hanya menjalankan arahan. Im not saying that running Herbalife business is stressful..Im saying that Herbalife is not an excuse for lazy people..

2. Orang yang suka SEKALI-SEKALA/SELALU/SENTIASA berfikiran negatif

Kalau diri anda negatif, macam mana anda nak bantu memberi motivasi kepada coachee anda? 

Herbalife is a business whereby we need to build our own team..negative people will build negative teammates..Because like attracts like. Definitely negativity cannot smell success at all. So lets change ourselves. Train diri kita untuk jadi positif..macam mana nak jadi orang yang positif? BANGUN TAHAJJUD Dan datang event Herbalife juta2 kali. InshaAllah makin lama makin positif!! (Whenever I realized that negative thoughts/feelings came across me, I will do these two first. it really helps!!)

How do I deal with negative people? I RUN AWAY. Orang negatif ni kita boleh nampak melalui raut wajah dia...memang kurang serinya.. Sehingga aku nampak muka orang tu berseri semula dengan aura positif, aku akan get close dengan orang tu semula macam biasa...

3. Mempunyai impian yang kecil

Kalau impian anda terlalu kecil...sila belajar untuk dream big. Herbalife business is for people with BIG DREAMS and willing to work hard.

4. Egoistic

With ego, everything goes. Herbalife is people business. We deal with different kind of people everyday. Ego kills relationship. Macam mana nak grow your people kalau ada ego? Buang je ego tu dalam tong sampah. Baru ilmu senang nak masuk dalam hati. Baru senang nak terima teguran..dan nasihat.

5. Arrogant

Dalam Herbalife. the moment u stop learning, u will stop earning. Always buka hati utk terima sesuatu perkara baru..terima teguran.. sebab kita manusia. Kita takkan sempurna. There must always be rooms for improvement everyday. Just learn...and tell people this:

6. Takut 

Takut nak berjaya? Serious pelik gila orang yang takut nak berjaya. 

Oh actually when people claim that they cannot be successful, its actually they themselves yang tak willing nak bekerja kuat. 

We all know that success comes after hardwork..

And success is never a destination. It is a journey..banyak gila ups and downs. And along the way, ada je benda yang Allah nak bagitau kat kita untuk kita ubah. Period.

It happens to me many times, that I failed not because of things went wrong..i failed many times because I did not fix what I should actually fix in myself.

When I change, things change.

7. Ragu-ragu

Everytime aku rasa macam "boleh ke aku buat ni?"

Aku akan terus keluar buat kerja. Bagi flyers, and meet new people. Huhu. Terus hilang rasa ragu2 tu.

8. Love to impress others before yourself

Yes. Because most of the time, orang yang try to fit in the crowd ni adalah orang yang susah nak berjaya. They simply absorb what other people tell them. They don't have their own stands. Pendirian mereka rapuh. They gain strength through people's acceptance. Nauzubillah ya Allah. If the whole world are like this, memang kacau bilau lah..sebab in the end people always judge..maybe sekarang they like you..but in the future, bila you dah tak ada apa2 benefit for them, they will leave u alone just like that. So stop impressing people. Start to EXPRESS YOURSELF!!!

So, in conclusion..all you need to do is just focus on building your dreams, build a better "ME" every day. 

I've seen many people working so hard, they were so busy dari pagi sampai ke petang kadang2 malam, tapi their production is very low. WHY?
For me, it's one thing..Aku always pegang, ALLAH yang nilai hasil kerja kita. Allah yang tengok sama ada kita layak dapat sesuatu rezeki atau tak..
How can we deserve big income when our attitude is very wrong? Aku yang perlu berubah. Aku yang perlu bersihkan hati aku. Aku perlu ikhlas bekerja...bukan bekerja untuk duit atau hasil..aku bekerja untuk impress Allah alone. Aku nak bagitahu Allah yang aku sungguh-sungguh nak dapat apa yang aku minta. Ni lah apa yang aku selalu cakap pada diri aku bila aku menghadapi sebarang cabaran dalam business aku..

If they can do it, I can do it!!
